A substantial amount of focus is placed on intervention styles and techniques between Captains and First Officers and the differences between these. To ensure that we stick with our “mantra” of actively involving students we have included group work related to monitoring and we link students´individual interventions to research in the area. The full lesson plan takes between 50-60 minutes to complete.
