During this one day course we touch on all topics required for a Command CRM course as required by EASA. This course is equally compliant with ICAO, FAA, CAA and CASA and suitable for candidates all over the world.

During the command upgrade CRM course we focus intensively on the Commander´s role when it comes to creating an open and trusting flight deck environment. We put the spotlight on practicing communication styles needed to create this environment as well as looking at the pitfalls and challenges the upgrade may face as a new Commander. This includes the communicative strengths of the individual which we clarify and reinforce. This is achieved through self-reflection and self-critique and further supplemented by several role plays and case studies related to both good and poor leadership.

We can provide the course on-site, at our facility in Copenhagen or online in a virtual classroom.
