COURSE PROGRAMME
DAY 1 (10:00 - 18:00)
History of CRM and principles and objectives of CRM training. Understanding learning and how to appeal to a variety of learning styles. The experiential learning approach in CRM. Effective communication between all crew members. Attitudes, behaviours and their impact of safety
DAY 2 (09:00 - 17:00)
Human error. Students’ presentations and feedback. Resilience development and mental flexibility. Senses, multitasking and workload management. Automation, monitoring and intervention. Fatigue and vigilance.
DAY 3 (10:00 - 18:00)
New developments in Human Factors and CRM. Assertiveness matrix and leadership. Automation, monitoring and intervention. Effective communication between all types of personnel. Personality awareness and self-assessment. Course preparation, objectives and methods to create effective learning.
DAY 4 (09:00 - 17:00)
Standard operating procedures. Group facilitation skills and moderation. Taking briefing to the next level (team exercise). Safety culture and safety management system (SMS). Cultural differences. Case study. A facilitative debriefing.
DAY 5 (09:00 - 17:00)
Students’ final presentations and EASA compliant assessment. "4 steps" (team exercise). Try all the tools (role plays). Where will you place your focus? Storytelling, certification ceremony and course dispersal.
